Wrist Ship Supply’s acquisition of One Source North America, a ship supply group consisting of World Ship Supply, West Coast Ship Supply, East Coast Ship Supply and Karlo Corporation, opens up new opportunities in US and Canadian markets

The deal provides Wrist with significant scale in the US and Canada, with a presence in 13 key locations and will enable the company to offer its customers real understanding and expertise of the local market.  Conversely, OneSource customers will benefit from the international scale of Wrist’s operations, its huge purchasing strength and knowledge of global procurement, as well as its advanced order and fulfilment technology, which ensures that customer demands can be immediately responded to, and products sourced and delivered anywhere in the world.

General Ship Supply

Wrist North America maintains a full service supply operation with technical, maintenance, equipment, catering and bonded stores. All orders are processed on our proprietary systems and handled in house. During order preparation temperature controlled storage and vehicles ensure product integrity. Experienced personnel are on hand to liaise with your crew and other representatives, ensuring a smooth line of communication and proper product supply. To ensure our commitment to our customers we employ advanced communication systems and apply rigorous performance accountability to our operations. With significant inventories to guarantee supply performance 24/7 and strategic locations throughout the continent, we provide the kind of vendor services our customers require and expect

Support Services

We provide numerous support systems and facilities to every customer whether they require our services on a per trip basis or utilize our prime vendor and contract supply programs. We provide collection and delivery of spare parts at no charge other than those billed to us by the clearing broker, storage for owners transit goods, long term warehousing, transportation to remote delivery locations at cost and full back office support for visiting Superintendents or other representatives.

Prime Vendor Contracting

Wrist North America can develop, provide for and maintain supply contracting on a regional, national or continent wide basis. Consolidation of purchases, inventory management, volume rebates, uniform pricing, distribution staging, logistics coordination and purchase financing are all part of our Prime Vendor package. Our expansive office network ensures contract coverage for all clients regardless of the diversity of their fleets or the shifts in their trading patterns.

Distribution Services

We distribute, warehouse and deliver products for the Drew Marine Division of Ashland Chemicals from our USA locations. We also warehouse and distribute other various equipment, packing, paints, chemicals and marine products throughout the organization. Such product distribution agreements and volume purchasing affords us superior vendor pricing and ensures a competitive and flexible supply chain to compliment the diverse requirements of our customers.
